I recently received my beautiful white Japanese Hanadama Akoya pearls necklace (7.5–8 mm, 18” length), and I absolutely adore it. The pearls are stunning, with outstanding quality and a beautiful lustre, and the necklace is a perfect match to my Akoya Hanadama pearl earrings. Another wonderful detail was that my necklace arrived with an independent PSL (Pearl Science Laboratory) report from Japan, which made the purchase feel even more reassuring in terms of authenticity and quality. The presentation was absolutely beautiful as well. The necklace arrived in a very elegant and presentable jewellery box with a gorgeous velvet lining inside. The box itself feels very special and protective — there is honestly no need for an additional jewellery box because the pearls can be stored safely and beautifully in this original presentation box. The overseas delivery was impressively fast, customs support was handled very professionally, and the parcel tracking process was straightforward and easy to follow. They arrived in a gorgeous jewellery box, which made the experience feel very special. I also appreciated that the earrings came with an authentic Pearl Science Laboratory certificate, which gave me confidence in the quality and authenticity of the pearls. The customer service was excellent as well, helpful, professional, and very supportive throughout the customs clearance process.
