Outstandingly beautiful

Bought this necklace as a gift for my wife since we were traveling to Tahiti for our anniversary. I wanted to find something nice for her that was related to black pearls, so I went with this strand. I gave it to her when we got there and she was so happy with it. On top of it, the prices for the strands in Tahiti were a rip off and we got a great deal through Laguna. I ended up ordering matching earrings to give her for the next event, so I'm just waiting to give it to her. Thanks Laguna.

Disappointed in quality of necklace. The pearls were not well matched for color, several were certainly not round, and several had far more defects than one would except, even for AAA. The round "Gabriellea" clasp is also embarrassing poor quality, it feels super cheap, not sure why that is even an option for quality jewelry. I tried to call to speak to the company at 3-4pm California team and could not reach anyone, either by phone or the website chat. I had been eyeing these pearls for months, finally decided to order them for a special meaningful event, but I'm sorta crushed with how disappointing they are. I'll be returning these as soon as I can get over to the Fedex store, and I guess I'll have to keep looking for a decent quality necklace.
