I'm happy with the product, but have a complaint with its delivery. I ordered the ring on the morning of Friday, December 16, and selected UPS 3-day shipping. That indicates a delivery date of December 21. The item shipped on Monday, December 19, but hadn't arrived by the end of Friday, December 23. UPS tracking indicated an "adjusted delivery date" of Tuesday, December 27. The ring was a Christmas present and I didn't want it delivered after the 25th. I called Pearl Source but the operator told me I had to deal with UPS directly. She was pleasant and professional, but couldn't help me. UPS couldn't guarantee the package would be unloaded from the truck on December 24, but the operator told me if it was I could pick it up at a facility near my home. I'd waited on hold for 40 minutes to speak with her on Friday night, and waiting on hold on the 24th to determine if the package had been unloaded wasn't an option for me. So, the ring arrived after Christmas. My complaint lies much more with UPS, but I would have liked assistance from Pearl Source.
